The changing life style & environmental conditions have predisposed common man towards numerous diseases. Exploration of indias rich natural resources for the search of pharmacologically active constituents dates back to several thousands of years has documented in the religious scriptures of that period. Some of the discoveries of those days have found their applications in modern western medicines. To bring this drug into the market a proper clinical validation is required without this these cannot be accepted in international market. UK is hub of this type of medicine from plant sources frequently used by locality and mostly prescribe by unauthorized medical practitioners. People get cured sometimes meracuresly but the data is not valid in international scenario in terms of that drugs. In nutshell human trials have been performed without animal trials. Fulfillment of this lacuna by defining the clinical trials on animal models will be the aim of this write up.
